A first summer job – a first work experience!!!!
Caisse populaire Desjardins de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce got together with local businesses to create the Desjardins Youth Work Experience program in order to offer you this unique opportunity to get your first summer job.

Eligibility criterias:
· You're 15 to 18 years old
· You’re looking for your first job
· You are a member or agree to become a member of Caisse populaire Desjardins de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce?
To participate, students must:
· Register to the CJE NDG prior to April 30 2010;
· Attend the workshop dynamic method of job search where they will write their resumes and will be mentored on their job search;
· meet a member of the selection committee
· Meet their future employer if selected.
· Be a member or agree to become a member of Caisse populaire Desjardins de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce
To be eligible, the employer must:
· Contact Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de Notre-Dame-De-Grâce at 514 482-6665 ext. 219
· Meet the candidate selected by the CJE committee.
· Agree to hire and supervise a student selected by the CJE
· Provide quality employment
· Provide, minimally, a six week job with a minimum of 30 hours per week
· Provide work to the participant for a total of 180 hours during the summer period
· Provide minimum wage salary or more
· Employers will receive a salary contribution of $ 4.75 per hour
