Section 14- The Board's Composition

14.1 The organisation's business will be conducted by a board of directors, consisting of ten (10) individuals.

14.2 Of these ten (10) individuals, three (3) will be officers (one president, one vice-president, and one secretary-treasurer), three (3) will be consultants, and one (1) will represent the organisation's remunerated staff. The organisation's Director is automatically appointed, but does not have voting privileges. The last two (2) individuals will be of the 16 to 35 age group.
